ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. You will find Pure Radiance inside Muse Salon & Spa. When you arrive you may wait in the DOWNSTAIRS waiting area. There is free parking directly outside the salon and spa. If you cannot find parking in our parking lot, street parking and parking at the church next door are also available to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
All major credit cards, Pure Radiance gift cards/certificates as well as cash are accepted for payment. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pure Radiance has a strict cancellation policy and credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor the 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged full menu price.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 10 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.
RETURN POLICY
Return unused products within two weeks of purchase with original receipt and packaging for a spa credit.
